Tunde Okunoye is a Doctoral Fellow at the Wits Institute for Social and Economic Research (WiSER), University of the Witwatersrand, where he is researching the connection between Trust (such as the possession of verified identity documentation) and access to services in Africa. He was a Fellow of the Berkman Klein Centre for Internet and Society at Harvard University (2020 - 2021), and an Open Technology Fund Senior Fellow at the Tor Project (2019 - 2020). Previously he was a Staff Researcher at Paradigm Initiative, a Technology Policy non-profit organization.
